CCA manages the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas, on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Facility Leader: Wesley J. Lee, Administrator

Wesley J. Lee, Administrator Wesley J. Lee was named facility administrator at South Texas Family Residential Center in 2015. Lee joined CCA the same year as assistant facility administrator at South Texas. Prior to that, he spent 25 years with the federal government, where he started his career as a border patrol agent with the legacy U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and later worked in multiple areas, including inspections and adjudications. He also served as a transitional field coordinator, transitioning ERO from INS to the Department of Homeland Security, along with many roles within ICE/ERO.
