Warden: Bobby Phillips
Bobby Phillips has been the warden of the Diboll Correctional Center since November of 2003. Since joining CCA in 1995, he has served as assistant warden of Bartlett State Jail and assistant warden of the Estes Unit. For eleven years prior, Phillips worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice serving in the Walls Unit, Administration Headquarters and the Hutchins State Jail.

Diboll Correctional Center is located in Diboll, Texas, in the heart of the Pineywoods. The city was founded in 1894 by Thomas Lewis Lane Temple. The current population is approximately 5,470, and the current Mayor is James P. Sims.
