Jason Medlin Jason joined CCA in 1997 as a correctional officer at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center and worked his way up the ranks to chief of security and assistant warden. He also served as assistant warden for Idaho Correctional Center and Marion County Jail II. Prior to joining CCA, Medlin served five years with the U.S. Army Military Police. He earned his B.S with honors in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix.
