Warden: Arvil Chapman
Arvil Chapman was named warden of Marion Adjustment Center in March 2006. He most recently served as warden of CCA's Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, Florida since November 2005. Before beginning his career with CCA, Warden Chapman served in the United States Navy as a correctional specialist from 1983 to 1993. He thereafter joined CCA as a correctional officer at South Central Correctional Facility in Clifton, Tennessee, where he promoted from senior correctional officer, to captain, and finally to unit manager. In 2002, Chapman was promoted to assistant warden of Tall Trees and Shelby Training Center in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2004, Chapman transferred to Marion Adjustment Center, where he served for over a year as assistant warden before his Hernando County Jail appointment.

Marion Adjustment Center is located seven miles from Lebanon, Kentucky. Lebanon, the county seat of Marion County, is located three miles southeast of the geographic center of the state of Kentucky. Lebanon, with an estimated 2004 population of 5,884, is located 62 miles southwest of Lexington, Ky. and 71 miles southeast of Louiseville, Ky. Marion County has an estimated 2004 population of 18,728. Marion County firms employed 4,800 people in 1997 which has since increased. US-68 and Kentucky-55, both AAA-rated trucking highways directly serve Lebanon. The Lebanon/Springfield airport maintains a paved 4,000 foot runway for small aircrafts to access the area. Additionally, there are 20 institutions of higher learning located within 60 miles of Lebanon.

Visitation Schedule: Visits are scheduled on an ODD/EVEN number system for minimum and straight for medium. Inmates will be allowed the opportunity to visit a minimum of eight (8) hours per calendar month. Visiting hours are 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The basic schedule for visitation, depending on your institutional number, is Saturday, Sunday, and designated holidays. Visitation is conducted on Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visits may be terminated as room is required for other visits. Each visitor must Sign-In prior to entering the Visitation Area using Form 16-2A, Visitation Sign-In Sheet.
