Warden: Jeff Conway
Jeff Conway was named Warden of CCA's Idaho Correctional Center in February 2002. He joined the facility as Assistant Warden, Programs in March 2000. Prior to helping with the Idaho facility start-up, Conway spent three years as Corporate Manager, Quality Assurance and Policy and Procedure for CCA. He joined CCA as Training Manager and Compliance/Grievance Coordinator at Bay Correctional Facility in Panama City, Fla. in 1995.
Prior to his time with CCA, Conway served in the U.S. Air Force for 17 years. While in the USAF, he served as Air Traffic Control Specialist/Supervisor, Chief, Standardization and Evaluation, Deputy Superintendent, ATC Operations and ultimately, as Director, Flight-line Facilities at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Conway earned an associate's degree in airway science from Community College of the Air Force and a bachelor's degree in professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Visitation Schedule: Visitation Hours: Monday through All outside visitation, except professionals visits (clergy, attorney, law enforcement etc.) are done through a video visitation system. Hours for video visitation are as follows: Tuesday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Video visitation times are 8am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Visitors can call to make their appointments Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm.
