Warden: Roddie Rushing
Roddie Rushing was named warden at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in February 2009. He previously served as warden at Cibola County Correctional Center in February 2008. Rushing began his career with CCA in 1997, as a correctional officer at Southern Nevada Women's Correctional Facility. He has aslo served at the Correctional Treatment Facility in Washington, D.C., and at California City Correctional Center, where he promoted to senior correctional officer, assistant shift supervisor, shift supervisor, disciplinary hearing officer and then chief of security. Rushing was promoted to assistant warden at California City Correctional Center in February of 2004, and to assistant warden at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in July of 2006. Prior to CCA, Rushing spent six years in the United States Air Force and eleven years in security management in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bureau of Prisons Inmates: Sunday and Monday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday - 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Visitation Rules and Regulations
- Northeast Ohio Correctional Center is a tobacco free facility. There is no smoking in the visitation room or any other area of the facility.
- BOP inmates and their visitors may embrace and kiss briefly at the beginning of the visit and at the end of the visit. No extended embracing or kissing is permitted.
- Visitors and inmates may not engage in sexual contact or other behavior which disrupts the orderly operation of the visiting room or would offend others.
- Visitors may purchase soda and food items from the vending machines provided in the visitation room. No other food items may be brought into the visitation room. Food items must be consumed or discarded in the visitation room prior to departure. Inmates are not allowed to use the vending machines.
- Visitors may not bring anything into the visitation room with the except of: A. A maximum of $20.00 in change for use in the vending machines, and at no time will the inmate be allowed to handle money. B. 5 diapers, 1 plastic infant bottle, 1 pacifier, and a sufficient amount of feminine products (No diaper bags are permitted. Female visitors will be allowed to carry a small clear plastic purse into the visitation room.) All other items must be stored in the lockers provided at the Front Lobby. Northeast Ohio Correctional Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed items stored in the Front Lobby lockers.
- No pagers and/or cell phones are allowed in the visitation room or any other area of the facility.
- Inmates and their visitors are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- No items will be exchanged in the visitation room without prior approval by the appropriate staff member.
- Please be advised that all items will be searched prior to entry into the visitation room.
- Visitors are not allowed to wear the following items of clothing while in the visitation room: A. Shorts B. Shower shoes or house slippers C. Thong sandals D. See-through clothing E. Clothing exposing the mid-section F. Tank tops or halters G. Headgear (except for religious reasons) H. Military clothing I. Dresses or skirts shorter than 2 inches above the knee J. No gang apparel K. Spandex attire L. Any item deemed inappropriate by the Shift Supervisor. Visitors will be denied entrance based on inappropriate dress.
- Any jewelry worn by the visitor on the visit must be declared and inspected by the Lobby Officer prior to admission to the visitation room.
- Visitors will be allowed to use the restroom in the visitation room during visits.
- Visitors are limited to four (4) adults or children at a time.
- All visitors 16 years of age and older must have a photo I.D. (valid driver's license, photo identification or valid passport). Persons without proper identification will not be permitted to visit.
- A visitation list will be maintained for each inmate at the facility. All visitors must be approved in advance by the Unit Team. Inmates will submit their request for visitors on the visiting request form. The Unit Staff will notify the inmate when the prospective visitor has gained final approval or has been refused. After approval by the respective Unit Staff, the approved list will be forwarded to the visitation log, which is maintained in the front of the institution.
- Visitation at Northeast Ohio Correction Center is limited to authorized visitors. Authorized visitors are individuals (family, friends, and associates) that have established relationships with inmates prior to confinement and the relationship can be verified.

I-80 exit 218/15 to ramp, take I-80 ramp, continue to exit on ramp at exit 224B to I-680 S, continue to ramp exit at 6B to US-62 E (OH-7N), take US-62 (OH-7N) ramp, continue onto US-62 E (OH-7N). Turn left into Northeast Ohio Correctional Center.
