Chief of Security, Chief of Unit Management, Assistant Warden and Warden

The company looks for individuals with a broad base of experience, excellent leadership skills and a dedication to quality service to fill these key roles: warden, assistant warden, chief of security and chief of unit management.
CCA chooses qualified professionals using the Facility Management Selection Process, a fully-electronic filing process which identifies top candidates for the leadership positions of warden, assistant warden, chief of security and chief of unit management. This process establishes a pool of qualified candidates to match with future openings and expedites the interview and selection processes.
Opportunities to apply occur twice a year and remain posted for 14 days.
Applications for these positions are accepted only during these designated periods. Candidates who have applied for a specific position during one of these periods will be considered for all openings of that type that occur during the six-month period that follows.
In addition to an application, candidates should also submit a resume and will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and a Location Preference Profile (LPP) form. The LPP allows applicants to specify preferences such as geographic location of where they would be willing to work within the CCA system. These forms will be emailed to qualified applicants who meet the requirements of the open position.
