CCA Hires New State Customer Relations Manager

NASHVILLE – Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) has named Andrea Mihm as the company’s state customer relations manager. In her new position, Mihm will be responsible for managing customer relations in Colorado, Idaho, Utah and Washington.

Mihm brings a significant amount of legislative and campaign experience to her new role at CCA, having worked with the Idaho Association of Counties and in congressional and gubernatorial campaigns in Idaho.

Most recently, Mihm served as a government affairs specialist with Sullivan and Associates in Boise, Idaho, where she worked with grassroots campaigns and managed relationships with clients and elected officials.

Mihm, a Boise native, received a B.S. degree in political science and an M.S. degree in public administration from Boise State University. She is also an active member of the Women’s Junior League of Boise.

“Andrea’s educational and professional background in government relations will be a real asset to us as we continue to build relationships with our customers,” said Tony Grande, executive vice president of state customer relations at CCA. “I look forward to the perspective she will add to our team.”
