“CCA has been a great partner with us for nearly a decade now. Coffee Correctional Facility and Wheeler Correctional Facility certainly meet the standards of the Georgia Department of Corrections. I particularly appreciate CCA maintaining exemplary accreditation status with both the American Correctional Association and the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare. I look forward to a continued long relationship with them.”

CCA’s Customer Relations Team

CCA’s Customer Relations Team assists current and prospective federal, state and local customers in developing correctional solutions designed to meet their systems’ unique needs. This team of professionals offers a diverse range of experience in correctional security and administration, business, government affairs, law, criminal justice, public policy and program development. Such comprehensive expertise eases the partnering process for existing and potential customers at each step, from the Request for Information (RFI) and the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and eventual management of daily matters.

With CCA, the customer guides the partnering process. CCA understands the complexities of corrections and appropriately designs effective, feasible and appropriate solutions. To help facilitate the process, correctional systems considering partnership are advised to perform an initial internal review of their needs. Providing some information on programmatic requirements, facility type, projected population, custody level and security level best enables CCA to respond with seamless, implementation-ready services.
