 CCA’s founding motto is “Excellence in Corrections.” Each one of our 2006 Employees of the Year nominees mirror this phrase with the exemplary work they do daily for CCA.
Employee of the Year is an honored title carefully given to a person who follows CCA’s 12 guiding principles and is a role model for those around him.
Because only one Employee of the Year is chosen, this continues to be a difficult decision. CCA employees are always raising the bar of excellence set for them. We look forward to honoring more outstanding CCA employees in the years to come.
